Dense and expressive, this Shiraz opens with aromas of crushed black cherry, blueberry, liquorice, violets, cloves and pepper. The palate is rich yet bright, with textured pastille fruit and soft, wellintegrated tannins.

Pairs beautifully with slowbraised pork, roasted rack of lamb with parmesan mash, or hard cheeses.
