Bruwer Vintners Red Blend 2022 shows vibrant aromas of blackberry, plum, mulberry, violets and subtle fynbos, leading into a silky palate of black cherry, blueberry and gentle liquorice, supported by fine tannins, bright acidity and a touch of earthy spice.
Best served slightly cool at 16–18 Deg.
Pairing beautifully with creative dishes such as Korean bulgogi beef, Moroccan lamb tagine with apricots, BBQ brisket bao buns, duck with cherry glaze, mushroom and thyme risotto
A cellaring potential of around 4–7 years, it will develop softer tannins and notes of cedar, dried herbs and cocoa as it matures.
