Description
Bruyere Family Wines is a boutique South African label founded by two brothers in tribute to their late mother. Sourcing grapes from Elgin and Swartland, they focus on minimal-intervention winemaking to showcase the regions’ terroirs.
Enticing aromatics of red berries, cured meat and white pepper along with hints of potpourri, fynbos. The palate is medium-bodied with fresh acidity and powdery, densely packed tannins.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.
A wine to be enjoyed now and can be cellared for another 5 years.
Pair with rich, smoky BBQ – particularly if there’s pepper, spice rubs and char.
