Previous vintages have consistently earned 4.5 stars in Platter’s Wine Guide, and this vintage is proving to be just as compelling. A pale-yellow hue with a delicate nose of citrus blossoms, orange zest, ginger and yellow peach. On the palate it delivers a vibrant, zesty freshness featuring notes of grapefruit, wood spice and lemon leading to a crisp, linear finish.
Serve at 10-12 Deg.
Pair with prawn risotto, pork belly with apple or fennel with a side dish of butternut or pumpkin.
Excellent ageing potential of around 8-12 years.
