The name “Warlord” for our Bordeaux blend aims to convey a sense of power, boldness, and authority, characteristics that reflect the wine’s flavour profile, structure, and complexity.
Notes of ripe black plum, blackberry compote, and Black Forest cake, layered with hints of cedar spice and subtle cocoa. The wine reveals a delicate mid-palate, with well-rounded tannins that complement its elegant weight and the poised, well-balanced acidity that is characteristics of Cavalli.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with slow-roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary, beef bourguignon or beef short ribs.
This wine has excellent ageing potential of around 10-15 years.
