Description

A precise and linear expression of chardonnay from five sites. The nose shows pineapple, light butterscotch, oatmeal and lemon peel while the palate is zippy and textured – lime, quince and forelle pear the leading flavours. A Chablis-like oyster shell minerality refines the finish.
