Full elegant nose of citrus, butterscotch and a chalky minerality. Well rounded full flavours of lime, grapefruit and creamy butterscotch, with a lingering and complex aftertaste and a wellintegrated acidity.Great wine to enjoy with most pastas and Pizzas, with firm fleshed fish such as tuna and Yellowtail or a Sunday braai Chicken.
