A sophisticated MCC with layered aromas of baked apple, lemon curd and perfumed red berries, complemented by elegant notes of toasted brioche and creamy yeast. The palate is fresh, refined and beautifully balanced, with a persistent, fine mousse creating a luxurious texture. A long, dry finish brings bright citrus and a delicate mineral edge.
Serve well chilled.
Perfect with oysters, fresh shellfish and salmon, or serve alongside Camembert and other creamy soft cheeses. For something different, try it with smoked salmon blinis or crispy tempura prawns.
