A beautifully balanced Stellenbosch red blend reveals enticing aromas of ripe plum, blackcurrant, coffee and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied and silky, with the Merlot contributing plush fruit and supple tannins, while the Cabernet Sauvignon adds structure, freshness and a long, elegant finish.
Perfect pairing to braised pork belly, beef rump or short ribs.
Drinking beautifully now, especially after a short decant, but will continue to develop gracefully over the next 5 years, gaining added complexity and elegant savoury character.
