Well it’s unfiltered, unrefined just a Dirty Little Secret – naturally! A tight, bright, mineral wine with texture and mouthfeel and a hint of phenolic structure, a soft acidity and a pear drop intensity.Crafted to age and gain complexity in the bottle.
