Blend: Syrah 51%, Grenache 17.5%, Mourvèdre 17.5%, Viognier 9%, Petite Sirah 5%
The Mediterranean varietals typical of the regions of Southern France have inspired this blend made from vineyards grown in the Tulbagh Valley. Intense red blend with black currant, violet, fennel, and cherry tobacco aromas. Velvety tannins supported by integrated oak led to a lingering finish on the palate.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with slow-braised lamb shoulder with rosemary and olives, beef short rib with smoked paprika
