Description
The Amphora Selection interprets Lemberg’s unique terroir through natural winemaking, fermented and matured in clay amphora to preserve purity and texture.
On the nose aromas of blackberry, dark plum and cracked black pepper. A structured palate with fine tannins and savoury spice, finishing long and layered.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with Moroccan lamb tagine with prunes and almonds, miso-glazed aubergine with sesame.
Delicious now, yet built to evolve gracefully in the cellar for up to 10-15 years.
