Classic full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with rich, structured, age-worthy character. Aromas of eucalyptus, green pepper, blackcurrant, cherry, blueberry and subtle vanilla. The palate is ripe dark fruit with integrated oak spice, coffee and cocoa notes, supported by fine, grippy tannins and long finish.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with coffeerubbed short ribs or braised beef cheek tacos with pickled jalapeno.
Drink now through and within 8–10 years from vintage.
