These low yielding dry land vines produce very small bunches and berries that are very concentrated with fantastic fruit driven flavours. This wine is a reflection of its cool climate mountainous vineyard site, with a wonderful spectrum of flavour from aromas of citrus fruit, peach and melon nuances, concentration of tropical passion fruit and freshness reflected effortlessly on the finish leaving juicy afterthoughts.
Serve at 8-10 Deg.
Pair with tapas and small plates or lemon risotto, herbed quinoa salads.
