Blend: 50% Grenache Blanc, 38% Marsanne, 9% Chenin Blanc, 3% Viognier
Our Grenache Blanc grows as un-trellised bush vines, giving the grapes even sun exposure and providing the blend with a ripe, sun-kissed taste. Marsanne provides an unctuous weight to the palate. Our heritage Chenin Blanc adds balanced acidity, herbaceous aromas, and a delicate mineral flavour. We select Viognier from two sites on the estate to give the finished wine a balanced character.

For optimal enjoyment, consider tasting it around the 3- to 5-year mark.
Pair with creamy or pesto-based pasta dishes or fresh cheeses like goats’ cheese or soft cheeses like Brie.
