A bold, full bodied wine with aromatic notes of smoke, black fruit and pepper spice. Subtle complexities are licorice, cacao and cola. Flavors are ripe and pleasingly complex. A really full range of flavors. The full mouth feel is dynamic on the range of senses.
Given the light nature of the wine and the fruitiness thereof, it is ideal for burgers, ribs, stews, pastas. In fact a host of weighed and flavor intense foods are also suited to Shiraz
