A medium to full-bodied, red fruit- driven wine made in a New World style. Elegant and well-structured with sumptuous tannins that create a memorable aftertaste that lingers. Prominent red fruit aromas of dark cherry and candied berry with subtle hints of liquorice and clove.The interesting combination of  herbal and fruit aromas underlined by a bold acidity makes this wine a versatile companion. Perfectly paired with rich seafood such as mussels, herbs infused tomato bases dishes and recipes that contain balsamic vinegar.

Enjoy this Merlot with beef brisket and beef silverside, the complexity of the wine enables it to be served with rich, hearty red meat dishes. For a vegetarian option, serve with Moussaka.
