Blend: 40% Merlot, 1% Malbec, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Cabernet Franc, 11% Petit Verdot

Inviting aromas of crushed cranberry and raspberry, accented with oak spice and pencil shavings, evolve into generous black cherry notes. The palate offers a vibrant mix or red fruit flavours, transitioning to a silky mouthfeel.

Pair with beef and pan-fried oyster mushrooms, cherry-glazed baby beetroot and bone marrow jus.

This wine has an ageing potential of 7 years.
