Description
Displays a vibrant ruby red colour. Aromas of opulent black current and black berries, followed by undertones of cinnamon and cardamom spice. The palate is coated with beautifully integrated tannins, leaving a powerful yet smooth finish. Lingering flavours of cassis, violets and oak nuances.
This wine is accessible now but will age another 10 years from vintage.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with lamb shank with a red wine reduction or BBQ pork ribs with a coffee or chipotle rub.
