Showcasing the diversity of our vineyards, this Shiraz combines the phenolic sweetness and ripe flavours of Bottelary fruit with the density and extraction of Helderberg fruit. Aromas of white pepper and violets lead to a palate of raspberry, biltong and subtle dark undertones, framed by ripe tannins, peppery spice, and fresh acidity.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
A great accompaniment to triple baked goat’s cheese souffle or coconut chicken madras and grilled vegetable salad.
Enjoy now or cellar for 5–8 years for optimal complexity.
