A crisp, elegant Sauvignon Blanc from high-altitude vineyards in Piekenierskloof.
Aromas of lime zest, green apple, gooseberry, subtle passion fruit and wet stone. With a bright citrus (lemon, grapefruit) palate, lively acidity and a mineral backbone, clean and dry finish. This wine is fresh, focused and terroir-driven — more restrained than overtly tropical.
Serve at 7-9 Deg.
Pair with seared fish with salsa verde or roast chicken with a lemon and herbs.
Drinking beautifully now and will cellar well for another 3 years.
