The nose follows on to a full, rounded palate of developing flavours of black olives, cassis, and subtle oak spice, with some fine, ripe tannins that give a long, soft finish. This elegant, fresh Cabernet has a well-balanced mouthfeel and a clean black fruit farewell.

Perfect with grilled red meats and rich savoury dishes, ending beautifully with aged cheeses or dark chocolate.
