Description
Wines crafted on Wildeberg’s mountain estate, where the Coastal Region meets Grabouw and the wider Western Cape.
From older, dry-grown vines on the steep slopes of Banhoek (Simonsberg, Stellenbosch), this Sauvignon Blanc expresses one of the most exciting vineyard sites in the Coastal Region. Hand-picked, crushed and fermented at Wildeberg, it reflects a challenging, characterful terroir.
Rich tropical and leafy aromas lead to a broad palate of lime leaf and bay, with a silky texture and a bright, naturally fresh finish.
Best served chilled at 8-10 Deg.
Perfect with vibrant seafood, Thai salads, citrus dressings, or enjoyed on its own.
Enjoy now for its bright, expressive character, or cellar for 3–5 years.

A characterful wine with a silky texture that lingers beautifully on the palate. It has become one of my favourite Sauvignon Blanc wines.
