Made from vines planted at Edgebaston in 2005, this distinctive white wine offers delicate aromas of stone fruit, citrus and subtle floral notes. The palate is textured and layered, with ripe fruit flavours, refreshing acidity and gentle tannins from skin contact. Believed to be South Africa’s endemic Semillon Gris, it forms part of the special Camino Africana range.
Serve at 10-12 Deg.
It is the ideal wine to have with Asian style foods, spicy chicken or rich seafoods. It can even be served in a nice big glass, with a touch of crushed ice by the pool on a hot summer’s day!
Enjoy now or cellar for 3-5 years.
