A unique blend in its class with the use of Italian and Spanish grape varietals.
Blend : Shiraz (13%), Mourvedre (9%), Cabernet Franc (20%), Cabernet Sauvignon (18%), Petit Verdot (6%), Grenache (13%), Malbec (5%), Sangiovese (9%), Tempranillo (2%), Barbera (3%) and Merlot (2%).
Over a decade of producing this Estate wine, the wine is ever increasing in quality and becoming more consistent in expressing the terroir of the Helderberg Mountains. Wine shows off pure fruit and earthy notes complimented by a classical pencil lead aromas. A typical dry tannin structure with a seamless balance to finish.
Perfect with beef steak, lamb chops and lamb stew.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.



Rohan –
A surprisingly pleasant, easy drinking red. Wouldn’t pay over R100 pb again but it was a good find. Will wait for a better special and stock up.
