Cez is a story in a bottle – a wine of distinction that celebrates the women of the Gouws family. Honouring two generations in the wine industry and named after Cezanne, the youngest member of the family, it embraces both legacy and the future, inspiring young women to pursue their dreams.
An unusual combination of Chenin Blanc and Semillon. Aromas with fresh cling peach, pineapple, ripe Pink Lady apple and lemon perfume leap from the glass. The palate is juicy like eating fresh fruit just plucked from the tree! Lovely concentration of fruit, with added undertones of beeswax complexity in a mouth filling summers delight. This is moreish and delicious!
Serve at 7-9 Deg.
Excellent wine to pair with all kinds of fresh seafood including crab, prawns and most particularly, oysters.
