Description
The wine has a deep red colour with expressive aromas of ripe berries, cassis, vanilla and subtle spice. The palate is full-bodied and smooth, supported by firm but polished tannins and a lingering finish. Hints of mint and oak add extra complexity.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pairs well with rich red meat dishes.
Drinking beautifully now, but will continue developing complexity for 3-5 years under proper cellaring.
