Description
Deep purple red, packed with red fruit, spicy, meaty and with smoky notes, concentrated, plummy, with freshly ground coffee and bitter chocolate notes. Aromatic with good texture and toasty characters. Rich and full, concentrated, with beautifully structured complexity, fruity with flavours of sour cherries, stewed prunes, spicy with notes of white pepper and smoky bacon. Already silky smooth with good depth and density. Long and lingering aftertaste. Firm with “some” boldness.
Tannins are medium + and with high acidity…, which no doubt, with time, all will get well integrated.
