Description
A rare, limited-release South African white wine crafted from 1977 old bush vines in the Breedekloof Valley.
Delicate aromatics of lychee, jasmine, and sweet bruised yellow apples with subtle, fresh leesy nuances. A beautifully waxy, layered mouthfeel. Expect dominant flavors of greengage (green plum), baked apricot, ripe citrus, and sunshine nectarine. The finish is smooth, seductive, and generous with a puff of white flowers lingering on the back.
Serve at 9-12 Deg.
Delightful with a zesty salad, light meat dishes and even seasonal seafood.
Ready for immediate enjoyment and for the year to come.
