Description
A complex nose with a mixture of dark red fruit, mocha, cedar and spice. Hints of dark chocolate and well balanced oak. The palate is structured yet approachable, with firm but polished tannins and a lingering, fruit-driven finish.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with portobello mushrooms, beef brisket sliders or dark chocolate with a sprinkle of sea salt.
