White peach, nougat and golden delicious apples on the nose alongside jasmine and unripe pineapple. The palate is full bodied with a steely spine holding everything in balance while a moreish, salted macadamia note adds lip-smacking length to the finish.
It’s versatile for pairing well with seafood, salads, and dishes featuring creamy sauces.
