Description
Ruby brick. Capsicum and red berry fruit on the dried fruit nose. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm yet approachable tannins. Flavours of blackberry, plum and dark chocolate are layered with nuances of tobacco leaf and spice. The wine finishes long and savoury, with excellent balance and a touch of minerality.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with grilled ribeye steak or roast lamb with rosemary.
Drink through to 2028.
