Classique Bordeaux-style blend of 43% Cabernet Sauvignon; 39% Merlot; 12% Cabernet Franc; 6% Petit Verdot.
Stunning vibrant ruby red centre with a red brick rim. The nose is that of a classic Stellenbosch Bordeaux style blend with a melange of red and dark berry fruits, dried Italian herbs and a hint of cedar and tobacco. The palate is elegant and refined with a complex blend of strawberry and blackberry fruits leading to fine tannins and a cream rich core. A timeless take on a Bordeaux blend that offers a delicious all-round drinking experience.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with grilled steak, roast lamb or duck with a fruitbased jus.
Drinking beautifully now, but will be best over ten years from vintage.
