Description
Timepiece is a wine collection that captures a part of the Jordan heritage and includes single vineyard wines from our vineyards, older than 35 years and carry the stamp of the estate founder, Ted Jordan.
Unexpected aromatics of a complex mixture of elderflower, honeydew melon and sourdough with a hint of kelp. Bright flavours with a shy and old-world feel to the mid-palate that carries over to a delicate but long, leesy finish that ends dry and saline.
Serve at 12-14 Deg.
This wine is enjoyable now and will cellar well for around 5–8 years.
Pair with shellfish, citrus-forward fish dishes, grilled vegetables and soft cheese.
