Blend: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
Lively, playful, bright. Inviting aromatics of forest berries, raspberries, cranberries and toffee apples. A delicate yet persistent mousse unwraps strawberries and cream, rose cordial, red apples and lingering morello cherries. A fine thread of acidity washes through, tinged with lime-citrus; balancing the richness of the final dosage.
Serve well chilled.
Pairs well with rich or creamy dishes, spicy food, seafood, desserts with berries or creamy textures.
Best enjoyed upon release to around 5 years after bottling.
