85% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc
Silky smooth tannins round off flavours of blackberry jam and beautifully ripe plum. This wine is full bodied yet elegant and can be indulged in right now, but will benefit from 10-15 years of aging. The long-lasting aftertaste of dark berry fruit and sweet spice will leave anybody opening a bottle of Cerno wanting more.
This wine pairs absolutely beautifully with succulent lamb draped in raspberry juice. Dark chocolate infused with salted caramel also brings the best out of our flagship wine.
