Mischa is quickly becoming famous for our world-class Petite Sirah. This full-bodied wine is the result of extensive care given to a small block of grapes. Very small, dark, and thick-skinned berries result in an intense wine packed full of complex flavours and amazing drinkability. The substantial phenolic expression in this wine gives it proper age-ability so this wine can be cellared to become a future classic.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.
Pair with ribeye steak with creamy mushroom or pepper sauce.
Perfectly drinkable right now but can benefit from 10 to 12 years.
