Quinta do Sul – Cape Vintage is a vintage style port made in the traditional Portuguese manner in open fermenters and allowed a longer resting period on the skins resulting in intense flavours of cassis, ripe plums, cigar box, chocolate and roasted coffee. Ready to enjoy now as a young port or to cellar for many years. Alwyn’s passion for port took him all the way to Portugal to learn the secrets of the Douro Valley at Quinta de Pacheca and The Symington Family Vineyards for 4 seasons.
