A pale gold Chenin Blanc with layered aromas of pineapple, peach, melon, lime, grapefruit, and yellow apple, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and butter. The palate is fresh yet textured, with vibrant acidity balanced by a creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of peach, apricot, and white pear are elegantly framed by well-integrated oak, leading to a long, refined citrus-driven finish.
Serve at 10-12 Deg.
Serve with grilled line fish with lemon butter sauce, roast chicken with thyme and garlic, pork belly with apple purée, creamy seafood pasta (prawns or mussels), or butternut and sage risotto.
