Description
Blend: 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec
In the glass it shows a deep ruby-to-dark plum colour and delivers a complex bouquet of dark fruit such as blackberry, black cherry and cassis, enhanced by spice, cedar and subtle oak notes from barrel maturation. On the palate it is full-bodied, dry and well-structured with rich, concentrated dark fruit flavours, integrated oak, silky yet grippy tannins and a long finish that may show hints of leather and spice.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair it with hearty dishes such as grilled or roasted red meats (beef, rack of lamb), game, venison, stews, rich sauces and mature hard cheeses.
