A blend of the finest Bordeaux cultivars showing intense and vibrant colour. Rich, opulent aromas of mulberry and plum with a hint of pepper spice evolve to notes of our beloved Fynbos in the glass.
The soft, integrated tannins and juicy mid palate runs seamlessly onto a long, mineral finish.
This immensely versatile blend would complement dishes including roast lamb, game, veal or decadent dark chocolate.
