This wine has a very typical Cabernet Sauvignon characters with floral undertones of violets. Very typical Helderberg characters. The wine has soft tannins that linger on the palate.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with grilled steak, roast beef, rack of lamb, venison — the tannins in Cab Sauvignon help cut through fat and bring out juicy meat flavours.
