Heavenly Chaos takes its name from its beautifully unrestrained approach to blending. Rather than being rigidly pre-designed, it is crafted around a Merlot core and thoughtfully enhanced with select parcels remaining from our finest barrels after bottling.
Aromas of ripe plum, cassis and black berries are layered with hints of violet and subtle herbal notes, leading to a smooth, medium-bodied palate with soft, rounded tannins. Generous dark fruit is complemented by gentle spice that adds lift and drinkability, finishing supple, fruit-driven and clean with a lingering herbal and lightly savoury note.
Serve at 15-16 Deg.
Pair with lamb flatbreads with tzatziki and herbs.
It can be enjoyed now or within the next 5 to 6 years.
