Blend: Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne (Rhone-inspired blend)

Textural, complex and layered. Notes of stone fruit, honeysuckle, beeswax and citrus zest, with a subtle grip from Grenache Blanc. Rich mid-palate, fresh acidity and a dry mineral finish.

Serve at 7-9 Deg.

Pair with grilled prawns with garlic, lemon and herbs or a creamy seafood pasta.
