Description
Beautiful deep ruby colour, with slightly pink edge and deep red core. On the nose, round, full with black fruit flavours of black cherries, plums and blueberries. Very expressive. Palate is well balanced with fruits of the forest, spice, black pepper, dark chocolate and coffee. Wine shows well on the finish with good presence of acidity and medium to high tannins, which indicate good longevity. Well-structured with good body.

Full bodied with elegant notes of berries and peppercorns. It pairs perfect with a lovely winter’s meal like oxtail.
