Description
A medium-bodied GSM blend with layered, vibrant fruit. Aromas of liquorice, fennel and spice lead into blackberry and bramble. The palate shows juicy red and black berries, pomegranate and cherry, with hints of cacao and savoury herbs. Fresh acidity and silky tannins give energy and balance, finishing dry, mouthwatering and appetising.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with hearty stews and mature cheeses.
The GSM is delicious ready-to-drink now, it can also benefit from some short-term aging for another 3-4 years.
