Description
This shiraz displays a characteristic spiciness with aromas of fresh crushed black pepper, dark plums and liquorice, followed by subtle notes of vanilla pod and cedarwood. These aromas follow through to the palate with the plum fruitiness coming to the fore.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with beef short rib, sirloin, or pepper-crusted steak.
It’s already showing beautifully, but with 3-5 more years of cellaring will add complexity.
