Aniseed and raspberry flavours with hints of cinnamon and dried orange peel. Abundance of red fruit flavours on the pallet with juicy tannins. Soft and smooth with intriguing moreish length.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with Tandoori lamb chops or spiced lamb ribs or mushroom and truffle risotto.
The tannin structure allows for early drinking, but the wine will also benefit with 3 years of optimal cellaring.
