The wine combines Viognier’s richness, Harslevelu’s finesse, Sauvignon Blanc freshness and Chenin Blanc texture, creating a layered, Rhone-style white blend. Delicate honeysuckle and pear aromas on the nose, with yellow peach, apricot kernel, and ginger on the palate. The wine has a well-integrated acidity with a flinty finish.
Serve at 10-12 Deg.
Pair with grilled kingklip with lemon butter and herbs or duck with ginger glaze.
