The wine combines Viognier’s richness, Harslevelu’s finesse, Sauvignon Blanc freshness and a touch of Chenin Blanc texture, creating a layered, Rhone-style white blend. Delicate honeysuckle and pear aromas on the nose, with yellow peach, apricot kernel, and ginger on the palate. The wine has a well-integrated acidity with a flinty finish.
